Reflections and Feedback

Session Feedback for Presenters

Open this form to respond to each session you attend. Students in FLT 817 are required to demonstrate participation by completing this form at least 3 times.

The expectations for reflections and feedback on sessions are different depending on how much you are able to participate in the conference in real time.

Live / Synchronous Audience

Attending sessions in real time on the day of the conference. The form will ask for: Presenter Name, Session Title, brief ratings, and one open-ended response.

Asynchronous Audience

Watching video and engaging with interactions later. The form will include the items above as well as a few more open-ended questions.

Presenters will get your feedback without your name attached, though in a small class anonymity is hard to maintain. Remember to be respectful and constructive.

General Feedback on Conference

Please use this form to reflect on your experience as an Audience member and as a Presenter:

Asynchronous Participation

For students in FLT 817, you are expected to participate in at least 3 of your peers’ sessions.

If you did not attend the FLEx Conference and participate live, or attended fewer than 3 sessions, you must watch session recordings and respond to them using this form. Complete the form once for each session that you “attend” asynchronously.

Use the links on the Conference Schedule to go to the Session pages. To watch the recordings, go to Chat in Teams and look for the FLEx meeting. You can also go to the Calendar, open the event, and click “Chat with Participants.” The recordings, transcripts, chat, and shared files are all available there.

Fall 2024 Schedule

Your comments will be used to confirm your participation and shared anonymously with the presenters.
