Practical Applications for Artificial Intelligence in Language Learning
With interest in generative AI skyrocketing over the last year, Dr. Fred Poole has been invited to give talks and workshops across the U.S. on the potential and pitfalls of using AI chatbots and AI-based apps in world language classrooms. In this session, he will offer a variety of specific activities and strategies that he recommends to language teachers. Following his presentation, we will open the floor to discussion of other possible applications and challenges for both learners and teachers as the use of AI continues to increase and evolve.
